The information you find here comes from a variety of sources, some of which are more careful than others in protecting the privacy of living persons.  I do my best to review and sanitize this information before it is posted according to the following general guidelines:

• I do not disclose names of living persons born after Dec 31, 1939 unless specifically requested by that person, and then only to registered website members who agree to the terms and conditions specified below.

• If I do not know whether a person is living or deceased, I assume they are living if they were born less than 95 years ago.
• Occasionally a living person may appear in photographs of groups of people, however generally I do not disclose their names.
